Contract Summary

The purpose of this Statewide Contract is to enable eligible purchasers to purchase ADA COMPLIANT VANS, MINIVANS, & SPECIALTY VEHICLES (I.E., ADA WALK-IN STEP VANS) in the following three (3) Categories, each with eight (8) subcategories of Walk-In Step Vans:
A wheelchair-accessible van is a vehicle that has been modified by increasing the interior size of the vehicle and equipping it with a means of wheelchair entry, such as a wheelchair ramp or powered lift. Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) sets minimum accessibility standards for ADA vans and those standards must be met.
