Contract Description/Scope
This contract is for Geotechnical Drilling Services; such services will include: Hollow Stem, Rock Coring, Casing Advance (with special drilling methods), as well as optional services that will vary by Contractor. Drilling equipment mount types will be noted in the Contractor’s price worksheet.
Restrictions: Prevailing Wage requirements and Public Works limitations are to be upheld in reference to this contract. Contractors are to operate in accordance with Department of Ecology requirement (WAC 173-160).
Regions
This contract is divided regionally into two regions, Eastern and Western, see below.
Eastern Region: Adams, Asotin, Benton, Chelan, Columbia, Douglas, Ferry, Franklin, Garfield, Grant, Kittitas, Klickitat, Lincoln, Okanogan, Pend Oreille, Spokane, Stevens, Walla Walla, Whitman, Yakima counties
Western Region: Clallam, Clark, Cowlitz, Grays Harbor, Island, Jefferson, King, Kitsap, Lewis, Mason, Pacific, Pierce, San Juan, Skagit, Skamania, Snohomish, Thurston, Wahkiakum, Whatcom counties
