Scope The Statewide Contract (once awarded ) is for the purchase of Lamps, Ballasts, Retrofit Kits & Lamp Recycling Containers.

Restrictions

Environmental Restrictions apply to lamps that can be sold off this contract. For example, one of the major environmental restrictions is that only Sodium High Pressure bulbs over 320 watts may be sold on this contract. Any product that does not meet these Environmental Restrictions must be purchased off contract using their Agency’s own Purchasing Authority.
