IMPORTANT NOTICE: DES is aware there is a nationwide shortage of in-person (on-site) language access services. Requests may result in longer wait times.
Contract Scope This Statewide Contract is for Transcription and Captioning Services. Transcription and captioning services involve converting audio or video content into written or text form. Category 2: Remote. The real-time conversion of communications into written text, displayed on a screen/live stream for the audience, done remotely with use of audio/video relay equipment.
Category 3: Post-production/Post-Webinar (Closed) Captioning. Conversion of communications into written text for services that have already taken place.
