Statewide contracts that include small, diverse, or veteran-owned businesses

This page can help purchasers find small, diverse and veteran-owned businesses that sell goods and services through statewide contracts. Organizations that have signed a contract usage agreement can use statewide contracts and benefit from the state’s purchasing power.

Small businesses are the backbone of the Washington economy, providing jobs to about 51 percent of the state’s private workforce. By removing barriers for small, diverse, and veteran-owned businesses to sell goods and services to state agencies, we are working toward our goal of achieving contracting equity in Washington state.

Using statewide contracts allows agencies to benefit from competitive pricing and follow state procurement rules. It also helps agencies and comply with the enterprise supplier diversity policy to increase purchases of goods and services from small, diverse, and veteran-owned businesses.

You can search for vendors by certification type:

  • Small Business: Washington small businesses
  • Veteran: Department of Veteran Affairs certified veteran-owned businesses.
  • Minority; Women; Minority/Women: Businesses certified by the Office of Minority and Women’s Business Enterprises as being owned by a woman or a person in a socioeconomic or racial minority.

Some contracts use subcontractors or fulfillment partners that are certified as small, diverse or veteran-owned. You can find more information about those contracts and their partners:
