Scope
This contract is for preventative maintenance, examinations, routine examinations, adjustments, testing, repairs.

Restrictions
This contract is only for routine preventative maintenance and repairs to restore an existing elevator system to an already Public Works approved state. This contract is not for modernization upgrades, overhauls, improvements to existing systems, or new system installs. For that work, please consult your agency's Public Works division as such procurements are typically under a different RCW (39.04) and procurement department.
