Contract Scope
This Contract provides for the purchase of pesticides used to manage vegetation along Washington Highways, forestry areas, nurseries or other lands managed by the state or municipalities.

Categories
The contract is awarded by 2 categories.

Category 1: Tested Products (Products that have been assessed and approved for use by WSDOT)

Category 2: Limited Use Products (Products that are not for use by WSDOT)

Restrictions: This contract contains chemicals cited by Californias Prop 65, agencies should use their judgement on purchasing such products. Additionally some products are designated for WSDOT use (Category 1) and some are explicitly not for WSDOT use (Category 2), please contact your purchasing department, or the contract specialist below for more information.
