Contract Scope Through participation with NASPO ValuePoint, this statewide contract covers the following Product Bands (categories): Desktops, Laptops, Tablets, Servers, and Storage including related Peripherals (e.g. monitors, audiovisual equipment, instructional equipment, cabling, modems, network to support servers, storage and client applications such as routers and switches)

New Contract Soon: NASPO and the Lead State of Minnesota are working on finalizing Master Agreements (MAs) with contractors for new contract 05820 to replace this contract 05815. Important market status notice: Material shortages as well as logistics challenges continue to impact supply chains globally, slowing output across the Information Technology industry in particular. Customers can expect to see extended lead-times and shortages of certain products. Plan ahead, order early and expect delays. Contracted vendors are saying to expect 6 to 12 weeks (some equipment could take longer) for delivery. In some instances, vendors are shipping partial orders as items become available. Reach out ahead of time to your vendors prior to placing your orders to get status updates on product availability.
