Contract Scope This is a Statewide Contract for eligible purchasers to purchase Professional Investigator Services and Digital Forensics Investigator Services. These services investigate workplace allegations and use digital forensics to aid in legal processes.

Category 1: Personnel Investigator Services. To investigate workplace alligations pertaining to allegations of: discrimination (race, gender, national origin, religion, veteran status, disability, and age), sexual harassment or hostile work environment, employee misconduct, employee performance issues, just cause (i.e., grievance process pursuant to a collective bargaining agreement) and retaliation.
Category 2: Digital Forensics. The preservation, identification, extraction and documentation of evidence located on a digital device. The goal is to support effective defensible legal process, e.g., litigation, investigation of complaints, lawsuits.

This contract includes subcontractors/authorized resellers/authorized distributors who are certified as WA State small, OMWBE, or Veteran-owned. Some contractors may have multiple certifications. See the links at the bottom of the page for all subcontractors and their certifications. Note: not all subcontractors/resellers/distributors are certified.
