Flooring and Installation Services
Scope
This contract is for the purchase of flooring and/or installation services for Carpet, Carpet Tile, Luxury Vinyl Plank/Tile, and Rubber Flooring. This Contract does also allow for minor site repairs or routine work needed for installation, including but not limited to minor crack or joint repair, surface preparation, and routine levelling.
This contract includes subcontractors/authorized resellers/authorized distributors who are certified as WA State small, OMWBE, or Veteran-owned. Some contractors may have multiple certifications. See the links at the bottom of the page for all subcontractors and their certifications. Note: not all subcontractors/resellers/distributors are certified.
This Contract includes products that are in compliance with Washington Executive Order 20-01 State Efficiency and Environmental Performance and are identified as such on the bid price sheets which are located in Historical Documents dropdown. When making purchases consider the identified green products to support the state goals.
This contract is established under RCW 39.26 and complies with RCW 39.12 for prevailing wage requirements as applicable to ordinary maintenance services. It is not intended to meet the requirements of RCW 39.04, RCW 39.80 and RCW 18.43 for public works and engineering services. All purchasers must follow their particular jurisdiction’s laws, rules, and expectations for projects that may include any public works elements.

These are add-on services for awarded bidders in Categories 1-5. Bidders must be awarded the other specified Contract Categories to be eligible to provide Category 7 Other Services to eligible Purchasers in the bidder’s awarded specified Geographic Region.
