Contract Scope This Statewide Contract for Agent Assisted Travel Services is for eligible purchasers to purchase services offered which may include: travel reservations, issuance and delivery of E-tickets or paper tickets for air or land transportation, reservations for lodging accommodations, coordinating automobile rental services, advice on necessary health requirements (including types of inoculations and vaccinations whether required or suggested for foreign travel), and detailed travelers’ itineraries.
This contract can be used by eligible purchasers that have uncertainty in their plans, are unaware of the options available, require some level of guidance or assistance with their travel needs or want to plan out their travel with a professional over the phone. Contractors provide recommendations and price quotes in response to specific customer needs and upon request to secure, modify or cancel travel reservations. This is a per-transaction fixed fee contract.
Enterprise Services does not make travel arrangements or flight bookings. All travel arrangements are handled by each agency, internally.
