This Contract is set to expire September 9, 2025. DES is in the process of awarding Contract 04224 - HVAC Services to replace Contract 02919 - HVAC Services. Contract Scope
This contract is for the purchase of HVAC Services related to preventative maintenance, non-scheduled service, and minor repairs.

Restrictions: This contract is only for routine preventative maintenance and repairs to restore an HVAC system to an already Public Works approved state. This contract is not for upgrades, overhauls, improvements to existing systems, or new system installs. For that work, please consult your agency's Public Works division as such procurements are typically under a different RCW (39.04) and procurement department.
