Contract Scope

This contract is for the purchase of HVAC Services related to preventative maintenance, non-scheduled service, and minor repairs.

Regions
This contract has been awarded by county, with different vendors being awarded different counties, please consult the awards chart to see which vendors are awarded in your area.

Restrictions: This contract is only for routine preventative maintenance and repairs to restore an HVAC system to an already Public Works approved state. This contract is not for upgrades, overhauls, improvements to existing systems, or new system installs. For that work, please consult your agency's Public Works division as such procurements are typically under a different RCW (39.04) and procurement department.

Notes: San Juan county is removed from the contract with Hermanson permanently. Please contract TRS Mechanical, Inc for service request in this area.
