Scope
This contract is for Electronic Health Records Solutions.

Electronic health records (EHR) software are aggregates of patient records designed to provide healthcare providers with an easy way to access, manage and share patient records to better coordinate patient care. Electronic health records systems are intended to integrate a variety of uses for managing health records; including but not limited to patient accounts, scheduling, billing, revenue cycle management, prescription managment (pharmacy integration), rural medicine, behavioral health, and analytics to accurately track services provided to patients/clients. The systems are expected to be functionally complete but configurable for individual purchase needs basd on the use cases. The goal of an Electronic Healthy Records System for the state is to provide a common technology solution to leverage shared business processes and data across the state in support of client services.
