SCOPE:
Contract #23623 is for Plumbing Fixtures, Plumbing Repair Parts, and Culverts, to provide eligible Purchasers with an efficient and cost-effective procurement solution to purchase Plumbing Fixtures, Plumbing Repair Parts, and Culverts from qualified, innovative, professional vendors. This contract is for parts only and does not include any services or installation.

RESTRICTIONS:
This contract is established under RCW 39.26 and complies with RCW 39.12 for prevailing wage requirements as applicable to ordinary maintenance services. It is not intended to meet the requirements of RCW 39.04, RCW 39.80 and RCW 18.43 for public works and engineering services. All purchasers must follow their particular jurisdiction’s laws, rules, and expectations for projects that may include any public works elements.
The DES Facility Professional Services (FPS) team provides state agencies with a wide range of professional architectural, engineering and public works contracting services. For information about DES FPS programs, please visit their website or contact them at EASMail@des.wa.gov.
How to Use this Contract
1. Purchasers MUST reference the DES Contract No. #023623 on all communications, correspondence, quotes, purchase orders, etc. Doing so ensures the Statewide Agreement, and pricing should be honored, and any disputes can be properly addressed. Failure to do so may limit DES's ability to provide corrective actions.
